Is there a free trial?
Yes! Beta users get extended free access while we refine the product. Join the waitlist to be among the first to try FieldContent at no cost.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.
What happens if I go over my photo limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional photo capacity. We never delete your photos or cut off access unexpectedly.

What devices does the app work on?
The FieldContent mobile app works on both iOS and Android devices. The admin dashboard is web-based and works on any modern browser.
How do guided prompts work?
When a tech opens the app at a job site, they're guided through a series of photo prompts: truck shot, before photos, action shots, finished work, etc. This ensures consistent, high-quality content every time without techs having to guess what to capture.
Can my marketing agency access the photos?
Yes! Pro and Business plans include agency access portals. Your agency gets their own login to browse and download approved content. No more back-and-forth emails requesting photos.
Does it integrate with my existing tools?
We're building integrations with popular field service management tools like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber. Business plan customers also get custom integration support.
Getting Started
How long does setup take?
Most teams are up and running within 15 minutes. Create your account, invite your techs, and they can start capturing content immediately. We also offer onboarding calls for teams that want extra support.
Do my techs need training?
The app is designed to be intuitive. If they can take a selfie, they can use FieldContent. The guided prompts tell them exactly what to capture, so there's no guesswork involved.
When will FieldContent launch?

What platforms is FieldContent available on?
FieldContent will be available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) for field technicians. The admin dashboard and marketing portal are web-based and work on any modern browser, including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We also offer a full refund within the first 14 days if you're not satisfied.
